Driving Directions

From San Francisco (US-101 North)

Take US-101 North across the Golden Gate Bridge. Continue on US-101 through Sausalito and Mill Valley. Take the Central San Rafael exit and turn right onto 3rd Street. Continue to 4th Street and turn left. MTH Rehab is located at 1313 4th St on the right. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes without traffic.

From Novato (US-101 South)

Head south on US-101. Take the Central San Rafael exit and turn left onto 3rd Street, then left onto 4th Street. Our facility is at 1313 4th St. Approximate drive time is 20 minutes.

From the East Bay (I-580 West / Richmond-San Rafael Bridge)

Cross the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge on I-580 West. Take the US-101 South exit toward San Francisco. Exit at Central San Rafael and follow 3rd Street to 4th Street. Turn left onto 4th Street; we are at 1313 4th St. Allow 25 to 40 minutes depending on bridge traffic.
