For 14 years, MTH Rehab has been a cornerstone of recovery in San Rafael. Born from a partnership with a regional hospital that witnessed a surge in overdose admissions, our center was built to give Marin County residents a treatment option close to home, surrounded by familiar streets and a supportive community.
With 49 beds, a team of 103 dedicated professionals, and more than 8,900 patients served, we have woven ourselves into the fabric of this city. Our approach blends neuroscience-based clinical care with creative expression and harm-reduction principles, because lasting recovery demands more than detox alone.
